Welcome, Lower Eastern Shore History Day Students

UPDATE on 2/28/2022: The winners for 2022 have been posted on the Lower Eastern Shore NHD Libguide

The 2022 Lower Eastern Shore Regional Competition will be held virtually.  This is the first-round contest for Dorchester, Somerset, and Wicomico Counties.  The top two entries in each category/division from each county advance to the state contest.

Please note that the state program has asked us to use this registration program to enable a smooth transfer of information about students advancing to the state contest.  This has two consequences:

1)  Your teacher needs to register before you do.

2) We are asking all the questions that the state program requires to register for the state contest.  This includes each student's address, name of parent/guardian, and phone number of parent/guardian, as well as an email address that can be used by people outside your school system (school email addresses assigned to students typically do not accept outside emails; you may use a parent/guardian's or a teacher's email address).
